Shipping, Returns & Product Policy
Shipping Policy
We do our best to ship out orders within five business days. You should receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has been fulfilled. Longer lead times could persist for larger orders, holidays, sales ect. They are handmade by one person who has a full time job and two little kids at home so please be patient.
If you have not received one, please check your spam folder as it will often appear there.
Return policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at lillyrosebowtique@gmail.com and we will let you know the next steps. Please keep in mind that you will be required to pay for return postage. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards or custom orders.

When ordering you do agree and understand that the product is handmade so size and patterns might varies slightly from product picture.
